Sports Nutrition Coaching Programs:
Our programs are for athletes of all abilities (not just elite!) who enjoy endurance/adventure/mountain sport and who have identified that their nutrition is key and that they need to make improvements but don’t really know how to do it.
The programs run for a minimum of 12 weeks and have been designed to create and maintain lifestyle change and ongoing behaviours that will support your sports goals and long term health. They will empower you to take control of your nutrition through easy to implement nutrition strategies that start to take effect within just 2 weeks!
The program will work with what you are already doing well and build on that, ensure you are getting the basics right to avoid injury and support recovery, look at how to fuel your training and make adaptations to suit changes in effort, plan, practice and perfect your race day/summit day/sports goal nutrition and really embed this valuable knowledge so it continues to serve you for years to come.
Rebecca won’t just tell you what to do – she will tell you how to achieve it and support you through it. You will receive personalised, practical changes that are easy to understand and implement, with our athletes repeatedly commenting that it was easier than they expected.
